Bruiser by Neal Shusterman
Another great book by Neal Shusterman which you will not soon forget. When Tennyson's twin sister Bronte (their parents are literature professors) starts dating a troubled outcast named Bruiser, Tennyson is outraged at first. Tennyson starts to get to know Bruiser and learns his amazing and tragic secret. Highly recommended for both girls and guys.
