Th1rteen R3asons Why by Jay Asher
Clay Jenson was an average student with purely good intentions. Everyone who knew him knew him as a truly good kid. So when Clay receives a mysterious package and opens it to find seven cassette tapes from a girl who was already dead, he is left very confused. Hannah Baker was a girl who recently committed suicide and she had left three tapes to be passed along in a chain to a list of people that she talked about in the tapes. The tapes were 13 reasons that led her to commit suicide and it shows 11 people who she believed had a large role in causing her decision. Watch as Hannah lures each of the people on
the list to the different places in town that she specially marked out. Each tells a story and goes along with her suspenseful and scary cassette tape series. This book really led me to think of the happenings around me differently.
